This is the third booklet in the series “Names and Facts.”
This series of booklets is used in grades 3–6 in Christian elementary schools in the Netherlands.

Why is it important?
The children learn about many facts, verses, events, and names found in the Holy Scriptures.

Each lesson is divided into four parts:

1. Questions: Find the answer in the Scriptures.

2. From a personal angle: A question to help you think about the meaning of the passage (or verse) for yourself.

3. Memorize: Learn a verse or passage from the Scriptures by heart.

4. Good to remember: For example, something about the customs of those days.
